Waffles!



What! A waffle that is healthy!

Ingredients:

1 c of Bisquick
1/3 c of Almond Milk
2 tbsp of apple sauce
1 tbsp of coconut oil
Frozen or fresh fruit/berries of your preference

Mix ingredients in a bowl while preheating waffle iron.  Poor in waffle mix once waffle iron is heated and ready.  While the waffle cooks  The frozen fruit variety will produce more of a syrup type texture if that is what you prefer, or if you are wanting a more crisp flavor, go with fresh fruit or berries.
, either cut up fresh fruit or berries of your choosing, or heat up frozen fruit or berries mix of your choosing.

Voila…amazing!
